Mid-Winter Harvest

Our main objective in the Kitchen Garden is to produce something for the restaurant menu throughout the year.  Despite mid-winter’s day being soon upon us, we are harvesting a positive feast each day, all fresh from the ground. Parsnip, swede, sprouts, radish, cauliflower, kiwi and herbs along with fresh eggs from the hens made up our delivery to the kitchen today, and it is always so exiting to see the delicious things Rupert creates with our harvest.
