Every Thursday, we harvest baby vegetables for the kitchen… baby carrot, baby turnip, baby beetroot, baby parsnip…What is the right size for a baby veg?
Not too big, not too small… that’s the rule! Since the vegetables are sunken in the earth, we have to use our hands to see – it’s fiddly work.
Sometimes we get an exciting surprise!
Everything goes directly to the kitchen to be served in the restaurant. So, come and enjoy our baby carrot rainbow or striped beetroot, all straight from the garden to your plate!
