We are thrilled to officially announce the date of our annual William Robinson Festival on Saturday 7th July 2018. We invite you to enjoy the gardens at Gravetye Manor at this special event celebrating the life of their creator, pioneering Victorian gardener William Robinson. Join us for a full day of celebrations, which include: garden talks, flower demonstrations, local cheese showcase, morris dancing, plant sale and much more.
Festival opens at 10.00am until 4.30pm.
£15.00 per person including a cup of tea/coffee and cake

Alys Fowler – The Wild Fruit Forests of Kazakhstan and What We Can Learn For The Garden of Eden
We are delighted to welcome Alys Fowler to Gravetye as part of our William Robinson Festival this year. Alys Fowler is a gardener, writer and presenter. She writes a weekly column on gardening for The Guardian Weekend Magazine. She has contributed to Gardens Illustrated, The Observer Food Monthly, The National Geographic and Country Living.
Talk begins at 11.00am, followed by lunch at 12.00 noon.
